Our family of breadings present you with the opportunity to change the flavour, colour, texture, or appearance of any of your coated products. Our variety of seasoned and unseasoned crumb can be used for coating poultry, fresh meat, seafood and even vegetables. The right breading can be your point of differentiation from your competitors!

Also select from our Adhesion or Cohesion Batters. An Adhesion batter is considered to be the ‘glue’ in a coating system, binding the overlying layers of coating to the food product. Cohesion batters form an envelope around food products, ‘cementing’ the other coating system components in place.
